Phase III of our Campus Enhancement Plan (CEP) began this school year. In approximately two years, Buckley will construct The Center for Community and the Arts, a flexible, multipurpose gathering place that will accommodate assemblies, division meetings, Performing Arts productions, concerts, and collaborations. We will also have refurbished the existing Administration Building, converting it to a modern library designed to serve Middle and Upper School students and including new Middle and Upper School administrative offices, classrooms and world languages lab.
When Phase III is complete toward the end of 2016, the Disney Pavilion, currently used as our gymnasium and auditorium, will be fully dedicated to physical education and athletic activities and events. Our campus will include more new classrooms, refreshed outdoor spaces, and updated admission and administrative offices. These enhancements position Buckley to deliver our 4-Fold Plan of Education — emphasizing academic, physical, artistic, and ethical education — well into the future.
